Troubleshooting

Start with the guide for the area you're having trouble with:

No models, connection errors, API key problems, and running out of credits.

Extensions that won't start, sign in, or show tools.

Scheduled agents that don't run or run late.

Find AgentOne's logs and report a bug.

Quick Fixes

These solve a surprising number of problems:

Update AgentOne. Go to Settings -> Help & Updates and click Check Now.
Restart AgentOne. Quit it completely and open it again.
Update the model and extension lists. In Settings -> Help & Updates, click Update now under Model List and Extension List.
Try another model. If one model or provider is having trouble, switch to another in the model selector.

Report a bug on GitHub. Include your AgentOne version (from Help & Updates), your operating system, and your logs if you can.
