Check for app updates, open help links, and manage analytics preferences.
Open Settings -> Help & Updates for app version, updates, help links, and analytics controls.
Updates
This page shows:
- current version
- update status
- download progress when applicable
Possible update states include:
Check for updatesChecking for updates...Automatic updates disabledYou're up to dateUpdate availableDownloading update...Installing update...Update failed

Depending on state, AgentOne can show:
Check NowDownload & InstallTry Again
On platforms managed by an external package manager, the app may show Automatic updates disabled and tell you to update AgentOne through your software manager instead.
Release Notes
AgentOne shows a What's New in v... dialog automatically when the app updates to a new version.
You can also browse release notes from any previous version at any time. In the Updates card, expand the Release notes accordion and pick a version from the dropdown to read what changed in that release.

Usage Analytics
You can control whether AgentOne sends usage analytics from the desktop app.
There are two related settings:
Allow usage analyticsAssociate analytics with my signed-in account
If analytics are fully off, the second setting is unavailable.
